Vietnam's car import turnover in March increased by 55.4% in volume and 41.4% in value compared to February, totaling 15,000 completely built-up (CBU) cars worth $287 million, according to the General Statistics Office. This strong recovery was due to a decline in car imports during the seven-day Lunar New Year holiday in February. The CBU car import is projected to continue recovering in Q2 2024.
