Saskatchewan RCMP failed to complete a wellness check on a man in rural Maidstone, leading to his death. The man was later found with serious injuries and passed away in the hospital. Saskatchewan's Serious Incident Response Team (SIRT) and Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating the response to the wellness check and the man's death. The RCMP will also conduct an internal review of the incident.
