Rivers State APC accuses Governor Fubara of plotting to get court injunctions to stop the House of Assembly, led by Martin Amaewhule, from performing their constitutional functions and to declare their actions illegal. APC caretaker committee chairman, Tony Okocha, threatens to petition the judges involved to the National Judicial Council (NJC) and vows to oppose such actions. Governor Fubara denies the claims, stating that he will not engage in any illegality.
