Ireland's Mark Adair, New Zealand's Matt Henry, and Sri Lanka's Kamindu Mendis are nominated for the ICC Men's Player of the Month award in March 2024. England's Maia Bouchier, Australia's Ashleigh Gardner, and New Zealand's Amelia Kerr are nominated for the ICC Women's Player of the Month award for the same time period. Adair made significant contributions in all three formats for Ireland, most notably in the longest format where he led Ireland to their first-ever men's Test victory over Afghanistan in Abu Dhabi.
