A motorcyclist died after crashing on State Route 94 in Oak Park and being struck by several vehicles. The fatal accident occurred on the westbound side of the freeway near Chollas Lake Park at 5:30am on Thursday. The motorcyclist's name and age were not immediately available. The accident caused three westbound lanes to be closed for investigation, but the freeway was fully open again by 9am.
