3-month-old Jakai Govan died in a 10-vehicle crash involving a cement truck on Highway 29 in South Carolina. A pickup truck stopped for roadwork was hit by the cement truck, causing a chain reaction. The infant, in a car seat, was airlifted to the hospital and later succumbed to skull fracture-related subdural hemorrhage. South Carolina Highway Patrol will file charges related to the accident.
