1 killed in Baltimore after trash truck falls from highway bridge. The driver died at the scene after the truck crashed onto railroad tracks on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred on the southbound entry ramp from Interstate 95 to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (Route 295) at Monroe Street. The Maryland Transportation Authority Police Department's Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
