Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) temporarily closes Haile Selassie Avenue in Nairobi's Central Business District between the Haile Selassie roundabout and Parliament Road, from 10 pm on April 5 to 5 am on April 6. The closure enables the installation of service ducts. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes, such as Kenyatta Avenue from the CBD, and follow traffic management plans.
