Kazakhstan Frets Russian Inflation May Prevent Return to Easing.

Kazakhstan's central bank is closely monitoring Russian inflation alongside domestic price growth to determine when to resume cutting its benchmark rate. National Bank Governor Timur Suleimenov said the relative weakness of the ruble has so far kept Russian inflation from affecting Kazakhstan's domestic market, but the situation is being carefully watched due to high inflation in Russia.
