Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf establishes a Judicial Commission of Inquiry to investigate misappropriation during former Governor Ganduje's administration.

Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has established a Judicial Commission of Inquiry to investigate cases of misappropriation of public properties and assets during former Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje's administration. The commission will inquire into cases of misappropriation within and outside Kano State. This move by Governor Yusuf is not politically motivated or targeted at any individual but is a mandate of the people of Kano State. Additionally, Governor Yusuf has set up another Judicial Commission to probe cases of political violence and missing persons in the state from 2015 to 2023 when Abdullahi Ganduje was the Governor.
