European Energy Metals (TSXV: FIN, FSE: W28) has signed an amended agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Finnish Pegmatite Project, previously under a two-stage 51/80% earn-in agreement. European Energy Metals (TSXV: FIN, FSE: W28) ha firmado un acuerdo modificado para adquirir el 100% de participación en el proyecto finlandés Pegmatite, anteriormente bajo un acuerdo de dos etapas de participación del 51/80%. Under the Purchase Agreement, European Energy Metals will pay Capella $250k in cash and issue 1.1M common shares upon closing.
