Estonia and Zero Terrain signed an MoU to support Estonia's goal of 100% renewable energy by 2030. The collaboration involves the development of the pumped-hydro energy storage (PHS) project, with Zero Terrain receiving a €1.98M grant for the project and technology export. The Zero Terrain Paldiski project is the largest facility in Estonia and the only greenfield pumped hydro energy storage project in the Northern Baltic region, set to start construction in 2025.
