Prime suspect in Sh151m tantalum minerals scam arrested. DCI agents apprehended Ulundu Patrick Lumumba, alias Gabriel Kulonda, who allegedly defrauded a Chinese national of Sh151m. Lumumba was intercepted along Harambee Avenue in Nairobi after evading detection at JKIA, where a stop order had been placed on his passport. He attempted to enter the country using various aliases and forged documents.
