Theratechnologies Inc., a NASDAQ-listed biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Elina Tea, CFO of GLS North America, to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Tea, Investissement Québec's designee, brings extensive finance, strategy, and investor relations experience to support Theratechnologies' focus on innovative therapies and commercial business. Her appointment expands the Audit Committee to include four independent members.
