Audi and Porsche drivers caught speeding at over 200 km/h on Highway 1 near Chilliwack had their vehicles impounded for seven days and received tickets for excessive speed. The incident occurred on March 30 when the BC Highway Patrol clocked the vehicles at more than double the speed limit of 100 km/h. Additionally, two other high-risk drivers were taken off the road, one with a three-day driving prohibition and the other with a court date and seven-day impoundment.
