Activist investor Vision Capital seeks €425,000 from Ires Reit shareholders to cover campaign costs. Despite failing to reach a compromise on board seats, Vision Capital is also nominating three directors for the upcoming annual general meeting. The Irish residential properties REIT board rejects the request, stating there is no justification for Ires to pay for Vision's voluntarily incurred expenses.
