21-year-old woman and 33-year-old man arrested and charged with manslaughter over the death of a two-year-old boy in Griffith, New South Wales. The child was initially taken to a local hospital with head injuries and later airlifted to Sydney Children's Hospital, where he died despite treatment. Police are investigating the case under the name Strike Force Burtundy and are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
