49-year-old Robert Earl Biggs from Billings, Montana received a 16-year, 3-month prison sentence for drug trafficking and firearms crimes after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The Billings Police Department Street Crimes Unit discovered over a pound of methamphetamine, fentanyl pills, and a loaded gun in his motel room. Co-defendants Brandi Davitt, sentenced to four years, and Leota Beartusk-Martinez, awaiting sentencing, were also involved in the case.
