18-year-old Jacob Tucker pleaded guilty to negligent homicide for causing a deadly crash in October that killed Bixby sophomore Kinsey Wright. Tucker rolled through a stop sign, causing a collision that pushed Wright's vehicle into oncoming traffic, hitting another car. Since the crash, the intersection has been turned into an all-way stop.
