39-year-old Erick Fredericks was arrested in connection with the homicide of 43-year-old Zebulon Ira Baldwin, whose body was found in bushes in Fairfield in March. Police responded to a report of a man lying in bushes on the north side of Travis Boulevard on March 20, and his death was later ruled a homicide. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Fairfield Police Department.
