36-year-old CISF constable Sahare Kishore Samrao from Maharashtra allegedly committed suicide at Nagloi Metro Station in Delhi on 6th April. Samrao, who had been serving in the CISF since 2014 and was deployed to the CISF (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) in 2022, was found dead near the X-ray baggage scanner with a gunshot wound to his forehead. The constable's family has been informed, and both the paramilitary force and the Delhi Police are conducting a probe into the incident, as authorities believe Samrao used his service rifle to take his own life.
