52-year-old Abraham Cozzi was arrested after a police chase and PIT maneuver in Moorhead following a theft at a Starbucks. The man allegedly took cash from the register and fled, leading police to stop his vehicle using a Pursuit Intervention Technique. Cozzi, who has no permanent address, is being held at the Clay County Jail for felony fleeing in a motor vehicle and misdemeanor theft.
