Walmart faces a $45M class-action settlement over allegations of overcharging for packaged meat, poultry, pork, seafood, and bagged citrus between Oct 2018-Jan 2024 in 4,615 US stores. Eligible customers with receipts can claim up to 2% of purchase cost (up to $500), while those without can claim between $10-$25. Walmart denies liability and the settlement requires final approval by June 12.
