University of Central Arkansas (UCA) names Athletic Director Brad Teague as director of its new Aviation Academy, with Matt Whiting replacing Teague as Athletic Director effective July 1. The Aviation Academy was announced in November to address the nation's pilot shortage with private and commercial aviation training. The aviation industry is projected to have 17,000 annual openings for airline and commercial pilots over the next decade.
