Synechron acquires Bulgarian software developer Dreamix, expanding outsourcing services and EU nearshore delivery center.

Synechron, a US-headquartered digital transformation consulting firm, has acquired Bulgarian software developer Dreamix. The deal strengthens Synechron's outsourcing services and adds an EU nearshore delivery center to its portfolio. Dreamix, founded in 2006, offers IT services across healthcare, fintech, logistics, aviation, media, and ESG sectors. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
