Malta's Valletta restaurant, ION Harbour by Simon Rogan, becomes the first in the country to receive two Michelin stars. Chef Rogan expressed his pride in the achievement and thanked his team for their efforts. The restaurant forms part of the Iniala Harbour House Hotel on St Barbara Bastion. This accolade boosts Malta's culinary reputation and brings its total Michelin stars to eight across seven locations.
