Single-vehicle crash in Conway area reported critical injuries; traffic blocked. Horry County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched at 3:39pm to Old Pireway Road and Gore Road, where they found critical injuries. The road is expected to be blocked for an extended time, and drivers are advised to find alternate routes. South Carolina Highway Patrol and Horry County Police Department are assisting at the scene.
