108 passengers and crew aboard a ferry in southern Thailand jumped into the sea to escape a raging fire on 4 April. The ferry, which was en route from Surat Thani to Koh Tao, caught fire off the coast of Thailand and all passengers were rescued safely. The fire broke out in the engine room and has since been brought under control; an investigation into its origin is underway.
