Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek signed House Bill 4024, implementing campaign finance reform with upper limits on donations to political candidates starting in 2027 and requiring new disclosure rules for political transactions. The bill, which sets contribution limits for individuals, corporations, and membership groups, brings Oregon in line with 45 other states that have campaign contribution limits.
