OnePlus has launched an AI-tool called 'AI Eraser' that enables users to edit images on OnePlus smartphones. The feature uses OnePlus' proprietary large language model and will be available later this month on select smartphones. AI Eraser allows users to select and remove unwanted objects within images from the Photo Gallery by leveraging the power of AI and a series of advanced algorithms. Users can highlight certain objects, such as pedestrians, trash, or imperfections in the image, and the AI will analyze the selected area and automatically generate a replacement background that blends into the surrounding environment.
