A Nigerian court has granted the Department of State Services (DSS) permission to detain a suspect, Emmanuel Osase, for 60 days. Osase, accused of being a member of ISIS, was arrested by security operatives for supporting the terror group by propagating its messages and opposing the democratic system of government in Nigeria.
