NCERT, India's education board, has removed references to the Babri Masjid demolition, Gujarat riots, and Hindutva from its Class 11 and 12 Political Science textbooks. These revisions are part of routine updates and not related to new books based on the New Curriculum Framework (NCF). The changes have been made in the light of the latest developments in politics and have been posted on the NCERT's official website.
