Mallorca's main shareholder and president, Andy Kohlberg, warns against soccer club ownership in Europe, stating it's very hard and different from running a normal business. Kohlberg recommends taking an NBA team or another franchise in American sports, where there's no need to deal with relegations and promotions that can affect clubs' finances.
