Mitek Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MITK) received approval from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel to continue listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, pending the filing of its Q1 Form 10-Q by April 15, 2024. This decision brings the company into compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The Nasdaq Staff had previously issued a delisting determination due to the company not being in compliance with the rule.
