Meat & Livestock Australia appoints Michael Crowley as new managing director, replacing Jason Strong.

Red meat industry veteran Michael Crowley has been appointed as the new managing director of Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) following the resignation of former boss Jason Strong. Crowley, currently CEO for Herefords Australia, will officially begin in the role on May 27. MLA chairman Alan Beckett said Crowley brings extensive experience with the industry domestically and internationally, including previous senior roles with MLA.
