Borno State Police Command arrested one suspect linked to a hacked body buried in a shallow grave in Maiduguri. The decomposed body was found on March 11 in an uncompleted building, with a grave, digger, and two knives present. The suspect, Ibrahim Muhammed, confessed to conspiring with his master Usman (still at large) and labourer Mustapha Modu, who dug the grave.
