The Isle of Wight Council has increased prices of registrar services, cremations, burials, and memorials by approximately 6% in line with inflation. These changes, effective April 1, will generate an additional £137,000 annually for the authority. Wedding fees now range between £560 and £665, funeral costs at the Isle of Wight Crematorium have increased to £1,259, and adult burials have risen to £1,629.
