Former El Paso County Sheriff's Deputy Kevin Sypher, who went missing for nearly a year, has been found and arrested by the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Investigations Division. Sypher, who was employed for 11 years, is charged with felony theft, charitable fraud, and two counts of official misconduct. His employment was terminated in August 2023 after multiple reports of him being missing.
