Compass Real Estate acquires Latter & Blum, expanding into Louisiana and Mississippi with over 3,000 agents.

Compass Real Estate, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the US, has acquired Louisiana-based Latter & Blum, marking its entry into Louisiana and Mississippi. The deal brings more than 3,000 agents from Latter & Blum into Compass's portfolio, increasing its agent count to over 30,000. Both companies will initially operate as co-brands, with Latter & Blum eventually being rebranded under the Compass banner.
