Commerce Commission approves Farmlands Co-operative's acquisition of Seales Winslow Limited.

The Commerce Commission has approved the acquisition of 100% of Seales Winslow Limited by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited. Farmlands is a New Zealand farming co-operative with over 80,000 shareholders, and Seales Winslow is the animal nutrition division of Ballance Agri-Nutrients Limited. Both parties manufacture and supply animal nutrition products, including pelletized compound feed, across New Zealand.
