19-year-old student Caitlin Colclough was injured after a panel broke from a fairground ride called "Superstar" during the University of Chester's Chestival event. Terrifying footage captured the moment pieces of the ride fell, with the panel hitting two cartloads of students before crashing to the ground. Caitlin was taken to A&E with concussion and whiplash. The Health and Safety Executive has launched an investigation into the incident.
