21-year-old Sadie's 12-week scan revealed a baby with gastroschisis, treated with compression strips, named Dorothy.
21-year-old Sadie discovered her baby was born "inside-out" with organs protruding during a 12-week scan in October. Luckily, doctors were able to use compression strips to push the baby's organs back into place, and the baby, now named Dorothy, did not require further treatment. The condition, called gastroschisis, occurs when a hole in the abdominal wall allows organs to poke out.
