Cartersville High teacher, John Paul Snead, 53, has been charged with felony sexual assault by a teacher/school administrator and sexual battery (misdemeanor) for an "inappropriate relationship" with a student. The Cartersville Police Department received a report of the alleged relationship in mid-March and the investigation is ongoing. Snead was terminated by the Cartersville City Schools system.
