A police chase involving a suspected stolen motorcycle in Chester-le-Street, County Durham, led to a man sustaining serious leg injuries and a 12-year-old boy being injured by debris. The incident occurred on Front Street at around 10:30 am. The motorcyclist was pursued by a Durham Constabulary officer, arrested, and later released for medical treatment.
