Suspect Robert Travers charged with aggravated assault in connection with a fatal stabbing in Victoria. Two victims were injured in the early morning attack on March 31 in the 700-block of Pandora Avenue, one fatally. Victoria police continue to investigate the incident as a homicide. Travers was arrested at the scene and has been charged with one count of aggravated assault against the surviving victim.
