Sinopec and TotalEnergies agree to jointly produce 230,000-ton SAF from waste oils in China.
Sinopec and TotalEnergies have agreed to jointly produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) from waste oils at one of Sinopec's refineries in China, aiming for an annual production capacity of 230,000 tons. The partnership, signed in Beijing, will integrate Sinopec's bio-jet fuel technology and TotalEnergies' European SAF production leadership, aiming to provide green and low-carbon solutions globally.
