MUIS is open to investigations by authorities and sent a letter of demand, demanding an apology within 24 hours or facing a lawsuit. Social media claims include unapproved staff bonuses from the Zakat Fund and RM14m transfer without authorization. MUIS Chairman Datuk Seri Yahya Hussin emphasizes that the claims are unfounded.
