4 people arrested and charged after speeding vehicle failed to stop for police; spike belt used to stop vehicle in Field, Ontario. A large police presence, including OPP K9 Unit, Emergency Response Team, aviation, snowmobile, ATV, and Vessel Enforcement Unit, were involved in the arrest. Three passengers fled into a wooded area but were later found in an isolated cabin, along with seized Canadian currency and drugs.
