A pedestrian was killed by a truck on Melbourne's Frankston Freeway near Seaford Road at around 5.30am on Wednesday, causing significant commuter delays. City-bound lanes of the Frankston Freeway were closed and motorists were advised to take alternative routes. The pedestrian's identity has not been released yet, and the circumstances of the collision are still under investigation. The truck driver stopped at the scene and is assisting authorities.
