The Minnesota Vikings have suspended offensive coordinator Wes Phillips for three weeks without pay after he pleaded guilty to careless driving in February. Phillips will be eligible to return to work on April 23, missing the first week of the NFL draft that starts on April 25. The suspension comes after Phillips was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in December, registering a 0.10% blood-alcohol level, above the state's legal limit of 0.08%.
